My dad and I love to fish and we were wondering what is the biggest fish ever caught in South Dakota?

This is a hard question to answer because there are different species of fish found in South Dakota. For example the largest paddlefish was 120lbs and 12 oz. The largest recorded red shiner was 0.044 oz.

According to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources there have been many earthquakes in South Dakota. As of January 2004, South Dakota has had 79 recorded earthquakes.

According to the Department of Transportation, over 8.4 billion miles of travel took place in 2003. The 8.4 billion miles of travel took place on the 83,609 miles of roads in South Dakota.

Throughout the school year Dakota Pathways will air on Mondays and Fridays from 2:15pm – 2:30pm CT. Also, we air Dakota Pathways during the overnight schedule. Originally, the show was designed for South Dakota 4th graders; although, Dakota Pathways is enjoyed by people of all ages.

All of the Dakota Pathways episodes are produced by SDPB. You have unlimited educational rights to use these programs. So enjoy them for years.
